Call Center Representative

Call Center Representative Your Role Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls servicing 25 office locations Greet patients when they call Schedule appointments and follow up visits for new and existing patients Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information Collect basic patient and insurance information Monitor where and when physicians are scheduled, what procedures they perform, and what insurances are accepted Assist patients with locating an office nearest them that can meet their needs Assist patients with relevant office location directions as needed Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs as they arise Take messages for office locations as needed and relay them to the appropriate location or physician Routine cleaning of the office space, kitchen, etc. Abide by HIPAA, and other relevant medical office regulations Your Qualifications High School Diploma Experience handling high volume calls efficiently Good listening skills Great communication skills A positive attitude Ability to work as part of a team Ability to multitask Ability to make patients feel comfortable, welcome, and heard Prior customer service experience a plus Must be able to operate as a team player Location Flexibility Health Benefits Half-Day Fridays Mid Florida Dermatology is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
