Quality Engineer Opportunity
Command up to $95,000/year plus a 10%-15% annual bonus potential as a quality engineer in Saint Paul, MN! Twin City Staffing is hiring a quality engineer for a direct-hire role with a supportive, family-owned manufacturer. If you have 2+ years of Zeiss CMM programming experience with Calypso software and want a 4.5-day workweek, negotiable starting PTO, and a climate-controlled shop, apply today!
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage: $80,000 – $95,000/year (Salaried direct hire + 10%-15% bonus potential)
Hours: 6:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday & 6:00 am – 10:00 am, Friday (Reliable 4.5-day schedule)

Duties of the quality engineer:
- Program Zeiss CMM machines using Calypso software for precision part inspections
- Conduct PPAP, Gage R&R, and Capability Studies to support Quality Management System compliance
- Oversee First Article inspections, nonconformity reports, and tool calibration programs
- Serve as the customer advocate for QA issues and conduct occasional supplier audits
Requirements of the quality engineer:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience programming Zeiss CMM with Calypso software
- Strong practical understanding of PPAP, Gage R&R, Capability Studies, and ISO standards
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Willingness for minimal local travel to vendor sites as needed
