What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with primarily acute leukemia and hematology conditions
• Monitor patients using telemetry, including interpretation of dysrhythmias and telemetry management
• Administer medications, including blood products and IV therapies
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, and perform blood draws
• Utilize infection prevention protocols and patient fall prevention strategies
• Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC charting system
• Respond promptly to patient needs, including feeding tube care and IV management

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license (or eligible for licensure)
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong skills in telemetry, IV therapy, blood product administration, and central line management
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and respond effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
