About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance & Accounting to join their team. This executive will be responsible for leading and overseeing a range of key finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, compliance, and stakeholder administration. The role is pivotal in supporting strategic growth initiatives, operational expansion, and the development of new business platforms. The successful candidate will be expected to lead financial operations, manage the monthly close processes, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple entities. Additionally, the VP will be tasked with managing compliance, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements, as well as coordinating investor-related processes and stakeholder communications. Applicants for the VP of Finance & Accounting position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a professional certification being preferred. The role requires progressive experience in financial environments, a strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting operations, and cash management, and experience in supporting audits, tax compliance, and external service providers. The ideal candidate will be familiar with financial systems and reporting platforms, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The VP will also be expected to partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial best practices, improve controls, and enhance reporting capabilities, as well as contribute to strategic projects that support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
