Production Worker

Staffing Service

Job Description

The Production Worker plays a crucial role in the manual assembly within a medium-sized team of 10-20 members. The job is packing product and preparing it for shipping. Reporting directly to a Supervisor or Shift Lead, this position supports day-to-day operations of the DC, ensuring products are assembled and packaged efficiently while adhering to safety standards. The role typically follows a regular daytime shift schedule with occasional overtime as needed.

Perform manual assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
Package finished products according to specifications
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate effectively within a team to meet production goals
