About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Business Support Manager to join our growing insurance organization. This role plays a key function in supporting day-to-day business operations, cross-functional coordination, and process execution across health, life, and ancillary insurance products. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, experience in insurance environments, and the ability to connect teams, systems, and processes to ensure smooth business performance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, understands insurance workflows, and enjoys improving operational efficiency across multiple business areas. Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a key liaison between departments such as Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Claims, and Customer Support Process & Performance Support Assist in tracking operational KPIs and business performance metrics Support reporting and documentation of operational activities Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements Insurance Product Support (Health, Life & Ancillary) Support operational processes related to insurance product administration Assist in coordination of product-related updates, changes, and implementationsEnsure proper execution of processes across multiple product lines Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field, 5 years of experience may replace the degree requirement. 3–6 years of experience in business operations, insurance support, or administrative management roles Experience in health, life, or ancillary insurance products Strong organizational and analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
