What will you do?- Operate within our safety and quality programs to convert scrap aluminum into new aluminum products.
- Perform and monitor blending activities to meet precise specifications.
- Manage heavy material handling tasks safely and efficiently.
- Use basic computer applications to record production data and follow instructions.
- Core schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM , 4 ON / 4 OFF .
- Multiple shifts exist; all new team members start on an 8-hour shift and move to a 12-hour shift after training.
- Manufacturing experience and the ability to meet physical requirements.
- Background with blending or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort lifting, moving, and staging materials.
- Basic computer literacy.
