IMMEDIATE opening for an HR Clerk to assist in HR Leave program. Focus of the role will be to assist the LOA Specialist with correspondence and emails, answer inquiries regarding LOA, prepare LOA documents & mailings. Additionally:
· Audit LOA reports.
· Assist Benefits with answering calls and audits.
· Create employee records and data entry into Benefits System.
· Prepare mailing.
· Plus: HRIS system usage, data review/auditing
Required:
· 2 years of experience performing a variety of clerical support tasks in HR or Benefits
· Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and documentation
· General knowledge of Federal and state employment laws and regulatory guidelines
· Records maintenance skills
· Tact and diplomacy in resolving conflict/dealing with irate customers
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals
· Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and work quality standards
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos and various online web applications
· Local travel required
