Assembly Technician

Twin City Staffing is seeking a motivated assembly technician to join a top-tier team in the Ham Lake, MN area. You will build and test custom hydraulic actuators using a variety of hand and power tools.

Location: Ham Lake, MN

Wage: $21.00 – $25.00/hr. | DOE

Hours: 1st Shift | 7 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the Assembly Technician:

Assemble hydraulic actuators to blueprint specs using hand and power tools
Perform final assembly inspections and complete pressure testing on parts
Complete required documentation including timekeeping, BOMs, and prints
Support the shop with general maintenance and housekeeping duties

Requirements of the Assembly Technician:

Mechanical assembly experience or a fluid power tech degree
Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic presses
Strong math skills, mechanical aptitude, and ability to read measuring gear
Comfortable utilizing computer software for tracking and entry
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday
