Integrated Project Manager

Integrated Project Manager Project Managers at Lamark Media play a critical role in ensuring accurate estimates and on‑time, on‑budget delivery. We’re seeking an experienced Integrated Project Manager to partner with our Client Services and Performance teams to assist in scoping work and developing quotes, build delivery plans and schedules, manage budgets and resources, and drive projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Convert plans into tasks, timelines and dependencies across channels. Break scope into work packages and estimate LOE. Build delivery plans and schedules; track slippage and recalculate baselines as needed. Ensure alignment from templates through quoting to production deliverable. Translate briefs into clear requirements, tasks and acceptance criteria. Communication & Stakeholder Management Provide proactive status, risk and feasibility updates across workstreams. Support executive alignment with data, feasibility and clear status. Execute cross‑channel QA (specs, tracking, accessibility, links). Act as liaison between client manager and internal specialists. Financial & Scope Management Monitor burn, utilisation, margin and revenue health; report variances and suggest reallocation when appropriate. Provide LOE, timelines and staffing plans; contribute to proposals/SOWs. Raise change needs and draft change orders. Operations & Intake Own triage, routing and scheduling to ensure completeness. Manage project hand‑offs and acceptance criteria while maintaining complete documentation and archives, including proofs, approvals, artifacts, version history and audit trails. Update Workfront; follow‑up on overdue items and drive process improvement. Workflow & Governance (Adobe Workfront) Own project set‑up, fields, workflows and permissions in Workfront. Own integrated templates and ongoing iterations to drive efficiency. Operate workflows and enforce SLAs; ensure documentation hygiene. Manage multiple projects using the Adobe Workfront project management platform. Reporting & Analytics Build KPI tracking cadence; flag pacing issues and blockers. Supply results, operational data and timing for next steps. Resource & Capacity Management Schedule resources and manage capacity / conflicts across teams. Supply capacity and burn forecasts; update baselines. Risk & Quality Management Detect early risks; propose mitigations; maintain the RAID log. Execute acceptance criteria and QA checklists; enforce SLAs; document breaches and root causes. Change Control & Dependencies Map dependencies and maintain the critical path (creative, dev, media, analytics). Translate implications into sequencing and backlog management. Required Experience 3–5 years of project management experience in an agency or cross‑functional environment. Proven experience with project management software and willingness to learn Lamark’s system and related tools. At least one full year working in Adobe Workfront. Group Admin experience preferred. Understanding of audience targeting: ability to target specific demographics, psychographics and behaviours effectively. Nice To Have Hands‑on experience working collaboratively with Creative, Strategy, Media, Analytics and Sales & Service teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and change control. Excellent communication skills; able to translate strategy into actionable plans and clear requirements.
