Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Services in Lewiston Woodville, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.12 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts. Support access control, traffic flow, and delivery-related activity by following post orders, observing surroundings, and providing clear information to staff, visitors, and/or contractors. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
