You will support access points, observe site activity, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.12 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM; Sun 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and support visitor and/or contractor check‑in processes in accordance with location requirements. Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed regarding incidents, hazards, maintenance issues, and other security‑related matters. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience preferred. X‑ray screening experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
