The Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately storing products, preparing customer orders for shipment, processing orders through the Abbott ERP system, and ensuring packages are properly labeled and shipped according to established procedures. The role also supports warehouse operations, safety, quality , and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

The role also supports warehouse operations, safety, quality , and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, store, organize, and maintain products within the warehouse.
- Pick, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment according to established processes.
- Label, meter, and prepare packages using various freight and shipping systems.
- Process shipping orders and related transactions using the Abbott ERP system .
- Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy.
- Perform daily preparation activities to support the following day's shipping operations.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and applicable company policies.
- Support Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) requirements.
- Comply with applicable regulatory and operational requirements.
- Support divisional initiatives and other duties assigned by management.
- Work effectively with warehouse, logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Warehouse, shipping, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
- Experience processing orders through an ERP system preferred.
- Ability to accurately prepare and verify customer shipments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment.
- Ability to follow written procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
