This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work hours while still being deeply connected to the team and clients. You will enjoy a structured workweek, with hours set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client psychological and emotional concerns to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging and goal-oriented therapy sessions that encourage client participation and accountability.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Guide clients in developing and applying effective coping strategies while encouraging their use of therapeutic resources.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress through electronic health record systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current and valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
