We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Patient Services Representative to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on remote patient-facing opportunities.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to make a positive impact in healthcare. You’ll assist patients with questions, appointment needs, billing inquiries, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide support with appointment scheduling, billing questions, and general inquiries
- Research patient accounts to resolve issues
- Document all interactions accurately
- Follow HIPAA and confidentiality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
