This role provides daily oversight, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with company and Job Corps standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee facility maintenance, including buildings, grounds, and equipmentSupervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff and student workersOversee transportation department and three CDL driversManage preventative maintenance programs, work orders, and energy conservation plansCoordinate and monitor subcontractors and facility projects to ensure quality and compliancePartner with leadership and training departments to support student involvement and center operationsEnsure adherence to safety, integrity, and performance standardsEducation & Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required. A degree from an accredited institution or a technical certification is preferred . Three (3) or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity is required, with an Electrician, HVAC, and/or Plumbing license preferred .️ Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to sit, stand, climb, walk, lift, pull and/or push, carry, reach, stoop, and crouch as part of daily job functions ️.
