ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I have worked for State Farm since 2006, and in April 2011 we proudly opened our first office in Clackamas, OR. Since then, we’ve built a strong, close-knit team of eight dedicated professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service. We believe in investing in our team’s success and well-being. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. This position focuses on prospecting new customers to our agency through call, text, and email. Quoting new customers and multi-lining them to additional services we offer that fit their needs. Team members are empowered to become confident lead generators and trusted resources for our customers.REQUIREMENTS
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
