Sr. Manager, Data Analyst - Network ComplianceThe Network Compliance Senior Manager Data Analyst will perform a key risk management role in the second line of defense for Capital One's network and merchant businesses to help implement the framework for the network compliance program. The Network Compliance Senior Manager is a critical member of the team responsible for delivering effective challenge and compliance advice for business processes worldwide, as well as serving as a subject matter expert to ensure the development of the network compliance program at Capital One aligns with the company's broader enterprise risk management framework.At Capital One, data is at the center of everything we do. Mine data to arrive at specific and crucial information for the organization. Identify and implement process, data, metric and reporting improvements for the organization. Work with large and complex databases containing millions to billions of records. Improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness. Conduct analysis to evaluate reporting, processes and tests. Extract and analyze data to gauge LOB product offerings and compliance adherence. Consult on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems.
