Desktop Support Analyst

*Description* Support role serves as an escalation point for Tier 1 support and provides advanced technical support to the user base. Support is provided via phone, email, text, and in-person/on-site visits to users at any of our ten locations surrounding the Baltimore, MD area. Candidates for this position should possess strong communication, customer service, and advanced technical skills. *Skills* Customer service, Active directory, Windows, Network Connectivity, Hardware *Additional Skills & Qualifications* This person needs to be a self - starter, ability to work with different networking vendors, TV vendors, etc. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
