Technical Support Analyst

Job TitleResponsibilities: Supports ePMO Human Resources Planning, Control, And Reporting by identifying, planning, developing, testing, implementing, maintaining, and securing Project Portfolio Management system (PPM) solutions. Facilitate and coordinate building, document, and review of system, and data analysis techniques, methods, tools, process, and systems implementations. Facilitate and coordinate data collection capabilities through collaboration with cross-departmental peers and internal and external teams.Maintains systems by maintaining data integrity; identifying, researching, and analyzing problems; implementing improvements; updating training manuals, user guides, and security profile.Provide in-depth functional and technical support to end users.Troubleshoot systems problems, identify cause of problems, work with appropriate group to correct problem. Collaborates with internal departments and end users with the pre-defined scope.Collects data; audits data and conducts analysis for system and enhancement through collaboration with organizational teams.Drives implementation of changes to contribute to the stability, support, and maturity of the application; participates in system updates and upgrades.Coordinate and facilitate activities related to evaluate and recommend new tools or platforms or services to achieve organization goal.Ensures business requirements are fully defined and understood at a detailed technical level and facilitates business involvement in technology decisions.Provides technical systems guidance for modifications to current systems and/or recommends design solutions for new systems initiatives.Participates in business/user/functional requirements analysis, verification and prioritization sessions.Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes of the PPM.Simulates and tests process improvements.Requirements: This position requires a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or relevant work experience in systems analysis/design and 1-3 years of direct Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Software Testing experience. Proficient with supporting an enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems. Proficient with creation of executive dashboards and reports using Power BI Proficient in SQL Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
