Job Title: Business Technical Enablement Analyst Location-Type: Owings Mills, MD or Harbor Point, Baltimore, MD (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite) Hours: Full Time Start Date: ASAP / 2 Weeks from Offer Duration: Contract (6 Months with potential extension) Pay Rate Range: $50/hr – $58/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Candidates must have their own laptop.

Job Description: Support a Global Investment Operations team by developing business intelligence reporting and workflow automation solutions, gathering and translating business requirements, and driving technology-enabled operational efficiencies using Power BI, Power Automate, and related Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting solutions
• Complete quarterly metrics refreshes and ongoing reporting support within the Power BI environment
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document reporting, workflow, and automation requirements
• Translate business requirements into effective Power BI reporting and Power Automate workflow solutions
• Support the migration and modernization of existing Business Objects reports into Power BI
• Develop, enhance, test, and support Power Automate workflows and other process automation initiatives
• Validate data and perform testing and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology
• Develop documentation, training materials, and user support resources for reporting and automation solutions
• Train and support users on Power BI, Power Automate, and other approved technology capabilities
• Troubleshoot reporting, workflow, and technology issues and provide best-practice guidance to business users
• Support Power Platform administration and governance activities, including workspace management, access, licensing, standards, and documentation
• Partner cross-functionally with business and technology teams to prioritize initiatives and develop implementation plans
• Communicate project progress, recommendations, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership

Minimum Requirements:

• 7–10 years of Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Business Systems, Technology Enablement, Reporting/Analytics, or related experience; open to candidates with fewer years who demonstrate strong relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
• Must have hands-on experience with Power Automate
• Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience developing workflows and technology-enabled process improvements
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into reporting, workflow, or automation solutions
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify needs, and recommend solutions
• Experience with data validation, testing, quality assurance, and ensuring reporting accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently through ambiguity and take a consultative approach to solving business problems
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working onsite in Owings Mills, MD or Harbor Point, Baltimore, MD 4 days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Investment operations or financial services experience
• Experience migrating reports from Business Objects to Power BI
• Experience developing and delivering user training, documentation, and technology adoption initiatives
• Experience supporting Power BI or Power Platform administration, governance, workspace management, security, or licensing
• Experience with continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Experience supporting enterprise-level reporting, metrics, analytics, or automation environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
