Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their individual goals and therapy preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to client needs.

• Provide education and support related to mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices, empowering clients to take charge of their mental health.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain open communication about changes in their mental health status.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
