Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will involve:

• Conducting initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Providing therapy to couples, which includes joint sessions as well as individual therapy for each partner.

• Addressing complex family dynamics, such as conflict resolution among family members and sibling rivalry.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that cover issues like grief and loss, job stress, medical concerns, and blended family adjustments.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to support clients in overcoming their emotional challenges.

• Documenting client progress and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including couples, children, and adolescents. You will be equipped to address a variety of behavioral health concerns and life challenges, such as:

• Grief and loss experiences.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
