We're looking for a strategic, hands-on creative leader to build and run the entire social media and content function for a luxury real estate company and its CEO, who has a fast-growing personal following. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks in brand strategy, but is equally comfortable directing a shoot, writing a script, or jumping in front of the camera.
What You'll Do
- Own the social media strategy end-to-end across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, for both the company and the CEO's personal brand
- Define brand, content pillars, and voice, and translate them into a consistent, scalable content calendar
- Lead creative direction for all content: concepts, scripts, shot lists, and visual style, including a company podcast
- Capture and produce on-site content (properties, behind-the-scenes, CEO moments) and direct others in doing the same
- Build out and manage a content workflow and, over time, a small creative team (videographers, editors, designers) as the brand scales
- Design or oversee graphics and visual assets that reflect a luxury brand aesthetic
- Track performance metrics, report on what's working, and continuously refine strategy based on data
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape how the company and its founder show up in the market
Here, you would own the social media function outright. Brand pillars, content strategy, scripts, the podcast, how the company shows up in the market - that's yours to define, working directly with the CEO.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading social media strategy and content creation, ideally with experience managing freelancers, vendors, or a small creative team
- Strong strategic thinking paired with genuine hands-on creative skill (shooting, editing, graphic design)
- A sharp eye for visual storytelling, brand-building, and current platform trends
- Comfort being on camera and directing others on camera
- Experience building a personal brand for an executive or public figure is a strong plus
- Experience in real estate, xhyhwjd finance, or luxury industries is a plus
