Position Overview

The Media Buying Specialist & Coach manages ad spend and campaign strategy across paid platforms for client accounts, and coaches client teams on media buying fundamentals and best practices so they can sustain performance beyond the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach clients to build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) based on client goals and budget.
• Monitor spend, CPA/ROAS, and pacing daily and show clients how to optimize their CRM and document what works.
• Lead client office hours and coaching sessions on media buying strategy, budget allocation, and creative testing.
• Translate campaign performance into plain-language insights and next steps for non-marketing client stakeholders.
• Stay current on media buying strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid media budgets with demonstrable performance results.
• Hands-on platform experience (Meta Ads Manager and at least one of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Comfort presenting performance data live to clients and answering pushback in real time.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a coaching/teaching orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience buying media for multiple client verticals simultaneously (agency background).
• Platform certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads).
• Familiarity with attribution and tracking pixels/APIs.
