Wescom is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential first mortgage loans in the California service area. You will engage with realtors, branch staff and members to provide loan options, prequalifications, and timely service. The role requires 2+ years in real estate lending, knowledge of FHA/MA/VA origination, and an active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license.
