What We Are Looking For

We are searching for a motivated and relationship driven Senior Investment Associate to join our team in Houston and help grow our High Net Worth footprint in the local market and Greater Texas. This role is focused on providing high-touch client service, developing and maintaining client relationships, and building financial models for existing and prospective clients.

In addition, as Senior Investment Associate you will:

· Support business development and client acquisition efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and financial analyses (including cash flow modeling, portfolio projections, and tax considerations)

· Partner closely with the Managing Director/Head of the Houston office to manage and grow relationships with UHNW clients, including entrepreneurs, executives, and multi-generational families

· Lead onboarding and ongoing relationship management for new and existing clients, delivering a high-touch, personalized experience

· Prepare for and present in client review meetings

· Maintain accurate CRM records, document client interactions, and ensure seamless execution of account setup, money movement, and other operational activities

· Plan and attend high‑value networking events, executive roundtables, and private client seminars

What You Will Bring

This role is for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset, a genuine interest in working for a growing firm and wants to dive deep into the world of wealth management and investments.

· At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or accounting, with a strong technical and analytical foundation

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems and data platforms (Bloomberg) preferred, and ability to demonstrate technical Excel proficiency during the interview process

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing workflows, coordinating tasks, and following through on deliverables

· Strong ability to multitask, take ownership, and collaborate effectively in a team environment while continuously seeking process improvements

· Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions with high-net-worth individuals
