Performs in-office Physical Assessments Of The Patient Reviews Their Medical History And Interprets Diagnostic Tests/Results In Order To Provide Effective Treatment For The Patient. o Conducts Preventive Health Screenings Based On The Patient'S Age History And Unique Needs To Provide Proactive Health Care. o Educates Patients And Their Family About Specialty Care Medical Conditions Treatment And Follow-Up. o Maintains Record Of All Patient Care In Order To Ensure Accurate Patient History Is Recorded Across Offices. o Performs Office-Based Specialty Care Medical Procedures In Accordance With Departmental Guidelines And Clinical Roles. o Identifies Ways To Improve Outpatient Specialty Care By Assessing Problem-Solving And Evaluating Clinical And System Issues. o Performs Other Duties As Assigned. Practice Setting: • Outpatient Requirements: · Board Certification: Yes Master's Degree in Nursing Or Master's Degree Physician Assistant Studies. o Valid NC RN Nurse Midwife or NP License ? The American Nursing Credentialing Center ANCC Or The National Certification Corporation NCC For NPs or The American Midwifery Certification Board AMCB Or The American Association of Nurse Practitioners AANP Or Pediatric Nursing Certification Board PNCB o Valid NC PA License Board Certified Within 1 Year Of Date Of Hire By Either The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants NCCPA For PAs Or · License required: Yes State of NC · DEA: Yes · CSR: · Certifications preferred: · Certifications required: BLS CPR-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol NRP Certification Required For Neonatal Advanced Practice · Minimum experience required: 3 years Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 Days Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 07:00 - 15:00
