Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Service Account Coordinator to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will serve as a key connection between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth account coordination, timely communication, and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily account activities and client communications
  • Maintain accurate account records, reports, and documentation
  • Support clients by addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service efficiency
  • Monitor account progress and follow up on pending requests
  • Assist with scheduling, project tracking, and administrative support
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients
  • Ensure all processes align with company standards and procedures
