Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Service Account Coordinator to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will serve as a key connection between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth account coordination, timely communication, and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily account activities and client communications
Maintain accurate account records, reports, and documentation
Support clients by addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service efficiency
Monitor account progress and follow up on pending requests
Assist with scheduling, project tracking, and administrative support
Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients
Ensure all processes align with company standards and procedures
