Position: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Salary: 135k‑160k+ per year Location: Fitchburg, Massachusetts Employment Type: Full‑time FLSA Status: Exempt Work From Home: Yes Responsibilities The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will participate in an integrated care team model, providing medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed. The practitioner will customize care for each patient, maintain documentation and billing procedures, and ensure coordination with physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
