At Texas Dental & Braces, behind every schedule change, confirmation, and follow-up is a patient counting on us to get it right. As a Dental Business Services Scheduler, you'll make sure they do. You'll work across schedules, workflows, and multiple locations to catch what others miss, close the gaps, and keep the front-office experience smooth so patients get seen, stay informed, and feel taken care of at every step.

We're hiring four Dental Business Services Scheduler, with opportunities ranging from Junior to Senior level based on experience. Where You'll Make an Impact

• You'll be the connective tissue between our front-office workflows and the patients they serve. Your responsibilities will include:
• Keeping patients scheduled and seen: Support scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, and appointment coordination, and find opportunities to fill openings and cancellations so patients get care sooner.
• Being a helpful, professional point of contact: Communicate with patients by phone, email, and text to support scheduling and ongoing follow-up — always clear, warm, and responsive.
• Catching what may have been missed: Complete administrative and scheduling audits to surface missed opportunities, incomplete tasks, and workflow gaps before they affect a patient.
• Following through for the patient: Monitor outstanding patient-related tasks, ensure documentation is complete, and support recall, reactivation, and unscheduled treatment so no one falls through the cracks.
• Making financial follow-up easy: Send payment links and assist with payment follow-up and other assigned financial communication in a way that's clear and stress-free for patients.
• Keeping the experience consistent: Monitor schedules and workflows for accuracy, completion, and efficiency across multiple locations and systems.
• Partnering with on-site teams: Complete centralized tasks without disrupting the patient experience, and escalate recurring trends or operational concerns to leadership.
