About the Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Campaign Coordinator to lead our influencer marketing campaigns and work with some of the biggest brands in the world. In this role, you'll manage key elements of our Influencer Marketing Campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve outstanding results. You'll collaborate with clients, influencers, and internal teams to bring innovative ideas to life and drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Beingresponsiblefortheday-to-daymanagementofvariousinfluencerandsocialmarketingcampaigns
• Workingonproposalsforprospectiveclientsbyidentifyingthecorrectmechanic,influencersandcreativeforeachbrandandtheirtargetaudience
• AttendingpitchesforprospectiveclientsandassistingtheClientServicesteaminclientphonecalls
• TakingresponsibilityforensuringnumerousKPIsarehitandcampaignsaredelivered
• Overseeingandmanaginglargebudgetsonmultipleinfluencercampaigns
• Reportingoncampaignsandliaisingwithaccountmanagerstoensuretheclientishappywiththeresults
• Mentoringjuniormembersoftheteam

Role Requirements

• Aminimumof2yearsofrelevantexperienceplanningandexecutingInfluencercampaigns
• Demonstrableexperiencedelegatingandprioritizinganever-changingworkload
• Competentwritingandcommunicationskills
• Theabilitytoworkeffectivelyandcalmlyunderpressure
• UnderstandingofInfluencerMarketingandSocialMetrics(Impressions/Reach/Engagements)

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
