Certified Dental Assistant

Our client, a leading dental practice, is seeking a Dental Assistant-Certified to cover one of our assistants who is on maternity leave. Duration is 3 months according to the University policies. . As a Dental Assistant, you will be part of the patient care team supporting dental professionals in delivering high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: New York, NY 10003

Pay Range: $27-$32 per hour

What's the Job?

• Provide four-handed dental assisting to support the dental team.
• Take digital x-rays and perform perio charting.
• Assist in taking impressions and pouring dental models.
• Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support other necessary tasks related to patient care as required.

What's Needed?

• Certification as a Dental Assistant.
• Experience in private practice and with multiple providers.
• Ability to work 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Flexibility to work shifts from 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
