As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to create exceptional customer experiences by converting inbound calls into booked appointments while proactively making outbound calls to generate service opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and support company growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Scheduling- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
- Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled service, maintenance, and sales appointments.
- Follow established call scripts while maintaining a natural and authentic conversation.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Coordinate effectively with dispatchers, technicians, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Make outbound calls to existing and past customers to schedule maintenance visits and tune-ups.
- Contact customers regarding membership renewals, service agreements, and special promotions.
- Follow up on unsold estimates and previously recommended services.
- Reach out to inactive customers to re-engage them and restore business relationships.
- Generate additional service opportunities through proactive customer communication.
- Support seasonal campaigns and call initiatives to maximize booking opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching programs.
- Maintain performance goals related to booking percentages, call quality, and outbound activity.
- Continuously improve communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable making both inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Positive attitude with a desire to help customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, inside sales, or dispatching is preferred.
- HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience is a plus but not required.
- High booking conversion rates on inbound calls.
- Consistent outbound call activity that generates appointments and revenue opportunities.
- Excellent customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurate customer records and scheduling.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration.
