Final Mile Providers (FMP) is a growing 3PL logistics company seeking an organized and motivated Logistics Dispatcher to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah .

Job Summary:
The Logistics Dispatcher will support daily last-mile delivery operations, coordinate and monitor delivery routes, communicate with drivers and contractors, and assist the operations team in maintaining efficient service and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes using DispatchTrack.
• Monitor routes and delivery progress throughout the day.
• Communicate with drivers, contractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Assist with merchandise returns and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Support inventory control for moving supplies.
• Escalate delivery exceptions and help resolve issues quickly.
• Follow company procedures and client requirements.
• Support continuous process improvements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or operations preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; DispatchTrack experience is a plus.
• Positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
