Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

We're seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst in Salt Lake City, UT to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a multi-entity organization.
- Provides senior leadership with accurate data to drive strategic business decisions.
- Improves the accuracy of financial forecasts for multiple operating branches.
- Streamlines reporting processes through automation and standardized templates.
- Identifies financial risks and opportunities through detailed variance analysis. Responsibilities
- Manage the annual budget and periodic reforecast cycles across various divisions.
- Build and maintain financial models for revenue, margin, and cash flow.
- Consolidate monthly financial results from different subsidiaries for corporate review.
- Produce monthly KPI dashboards and management reporting packages.
- Analyze core metrics to identify trends and translate findings into action plans.
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to improve data quality and consistency.
- Coordinate the preparation of materials for monthly business reviews.
- Extract and validate data from ERP and BI platforms to support analysis.
- Support long-range planning and evaluation of capital investments. Compensation and Logistics
