Event Coordinator

Jersey City, NJ | Full-Time We’re looking for an energetic and organized Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of live events, local marketing initiatives, and customer-facing brand activities. This role combines event coordination, customer engagement, and marketing support. You’ll work alongside the team before and during events to coordinate materials, prepare event spaces, communicate with attendees, and help ensure each program is organized and professionally presented. From community events and pop-ups to product showcases and brand activations, you’ll help manage the details that contribute to a successful event experience. Event Responsibilities Support the coordination and execution of live events, pop-ups, and brand activities Assist with event schedules, materials, supplies, and on-site logistics Prepare event spaces, displays, signage, and marketing materials Welcome attendees and provide a positive, professional customer experience Communicate product, service, and event information clearly Answer attendee questions and provide additional information when needed Support product demonstrations, informational presentations, and interactive activities Maintain organized and visually appealing event spaces Monitor event materials and supplies throughout each program Coordinate with team members to keep event activities running smoothly Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events Gather attendee feedback and observations Track attendance, customer engagement, and basic event activity Maintain event records and post-event information Communicate event updates and changing needs to appropriate team members Collaborate with marketing and brand teams on upcoming campaigns and events Help maintain consistent brand messaging and presentation throughout each event What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly and professional customer-facing presence Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in an active environment Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills Comfortable communicating with attendees and customers Ability to adapt quickly as event needs change Dependable, punctual, and professional Interest in event planning, event marketing, branding, communications, or customer experience Comfortable standing for extended periods during events Ability to assist with moving event materials and supplies when needed Flexibility to work select evenings or weekends based on event schedules Previous experience in events, event planning, hospitality, marketing, customer service, communications, retail, or another customer-facing environment is helpful but not required.
