Description SUPERVISOR Engage Department Director JOB DESCRIPTION The Engage Department creates meaningful connections between Hoboken Grace and the community—both locally and globally. This role is central to living out our mission: to share the love and message of Jesus to help people find their way back to God. The ideal candidate is an experienced event planner who thrives on building teams and creatingexperiences that invite people into deeper community and purpose. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates and execute three major annual outreach events: Christmas Exchange Easter Egg Hunt 1Day (community-wide service initiative) Build and maintain partnerships with local and global organizations Planning annual mission trips with global partners Represent Hoboken Grace at nonprofit, civic, and city-wide events Oversee weekly Simple Service initiatives to creatively engage the community Coordinates internal, external events as well as facility rentals Maintain alignment with church-wide strategy and vision QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and/or team leadership Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR A passion for building relationships and serving others A proactive, self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Humility, emotional intelligence, and a heart for ministry A deep commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Hoboken Grace #J-18808-Ljbffr
