Express Service Advisor

Boucher Volkswagen of Franklin Express Service Advisor We are looking for an entry level Express Service Advisor. Responsibilities include determining automotive problems and services by listening to customers’ descriptions of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtain approval signatures; enter RO into the service database system. Clean driving record and drug test required. Requirements Motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Must have top‑rated CSI standards and a focus on world‑class customer service. Drug test required.
