Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each client. Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring collaboration with other healthcare providers involved in the patient's care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on assisting a diverse group of clients, many of whom have limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience in a mental health setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
