Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment solutions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse client base, including individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health care. Your caseload may vary, but you will primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and relationship challenges. Your role will not only involve providing therapy but also advocating for clients’ needs and helping them gain access to supplementary resources and support networks.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in clinical settings where you have engaged with a wide variety of mental health issues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or additional training in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed practices, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other related technologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster rapport with diverse clientele and enhance therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this LPC position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and available caseload.
