Senior Manager, FP&A

Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Genmab is expanding the Finance organization to support growth and the implementation of new enhanced systems and processes globally. We are looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to support the financial planning of our expanding Corporate and Enabling functions for the global business. In this role, you will be responsible for the global financial planning, analysis, and controlling of several areas including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Facilities, Real Estate, Capital Projects, and others. In addition, this position will lead the corporate FP&A monthly close activities (including reviews of prepaid expenses, monthly accrual support, monthly reporting, etc.). The Senior Manager, FP&A will work closely with the business to provide real-time financial support and analysis and be a trusted business partner. This role will be responsible for assisting with the generation of business insights and analysis along with facilitating the budgeting and forecasting processes. You will be part of the Global Finance team reporting to the Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organization with the overall goal of supporting the development of new and innovative medicines for cancer patients. Work arrangement This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%-40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager.
