What You'll Do Greet customers and provide professional service throughout their visit. Listen to customer concerns, assess service needs, and recommend appropriate maintenance or repairs. Explain recommended services, pricing, and estimated completion times clearly. Create accurate repair orders and service estimates using the dealership system. Communicate with technicians to understand repair needs and service progress. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and obtain approval for additional work. Process service payments and complete vehicle delivery with the customer. What You'll Bring 1+ year of customer service, sales, or automotive service experience. Comfortable discussing service recommendations, pricing, and repair needs with customers. 1+ year of experience using dealership or customer management systems Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
