SAP Program Manager

SAP System Management: Own and lead the process design, configuration, build, test, and integration of the SAP Finance value stream. Manage integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and external systems. Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Successfully implement SAP on-time and within budget.

Project Leadership: Drive SAP Finance workstream and provide thought leadership, best practices, and subject matter expertise. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement. Manage external consultants and vendors as needed.

Business Process Optimization: Analyze current financial processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Apply industry leading best practices and detail global standard templates for the implementation and long-term growth. Implement best practices in financial reporting, controlling, and compliance.

Manufacturing Finance Operations: Manage financial processes related to production costing, inventory management, and fixed asset accounting. Collaborate with plant controllers and operations teams to align SAP functionality with shop floor realities. Ensure accurate cost center accounting and product costing for manufacturing lines.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Digital, and other business units. Collaborate and communicate with business stakeholders, understand business requirements and provide deep SAP S4 Functional expertise. Provide training and support to end-users and ensure high adoption of SAP tools.

Compliance & Controls: Ensure SAP systems support internal controls and regulatory compliance (e.g., JSOX, IFRS). Maintain documentation and audit trails for all SAP Finance processes.
