The Lending Admin is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Assisting the Lending department and staff with all clerical duties. Providing excellent customer service. Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The primary function of this role is to reach out to newly pre-approved applicants, review approval terms, and collect any missing application information via phone and email. Required qualifications for the position include: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of administrative or clerical experience. One year of customer service experience preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. PC literacy and proficiency with a ten-key adding machine, calculator, and online data processing systems (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.). Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships. Preferred qualifications for the position include: Lending experience a plus. Pay Rate Range: $21.00- $23.00 an hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
