Marketing Analytics Manager

A growing national restaurant brand is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to drive data-informed decision-making across operations, finance, and marketing. This role will oversee business intelligence reporting, analyze restaurant performance, optimize menu profitability, and lead the evaluation and implementation of AI solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with restaurant technology platforms and data; menu data experience preferred.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Understanding of restaurant metrics, including PMIX, comparable sales, labor costs, food costs, and channel profitability.
Knowledge of marketing analytics, campaign performance, promotions, and ROI.
Familiarity with APIs, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing; Snowflake, BigQuery, or Microsoft Fabric experience is a plus.
Aloha Enterprise or Toast reporting experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop executive dashboards, financial reports, and KPI scorecards to monitor restaurant performance.
Analyze sales trends, menu profitability, pricing, labor, food costs, and marketing effectiveness.
Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
Maintain accurate menu, pricing, and product data across restaurant technology platforms.
Lead AI initiatives, including use case identification, data readiness, vendor evaluation, and pilot implementation.
Establish AI governance standards with IT, measure pilot results, and present recommendations to leadership.
