Employment Type: FULL_TIME

Salary: $25 - $100 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution on the first contact.
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Assisting customers with troubleshooting basic technical issues related to their internet service.
• Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
• Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
• Meeting personal and team targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a customer support or call centre role is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with strong active listening skills.
• A customer-oriented approach and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant computer software.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
• A dedicated, quiet home office space and a reliable, high-speed internet connection are required.
• Experience within the telecommunications or technology sector is highly desirable but not essential.
