We are adding an Account Manager to our established, busy digital printing company in Midtown Manhattan.

We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The right candidate is curious, resourceful, able to think outside the box and comfortable working independently.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow and become part of a team.

The position will begin with training in print production, followed by hands-on customer service experience, with the goal of growing into managing client accounts.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Interfacing with clients by email, over the phone and occasionally in person

• Intake and coordination of print orders

• Client follow-up

• Cross-training in different departments, including digital sheet-fed printing, mailing and large format

Print, graphics or other custom-manufacturing experience is a plus.

Compensation ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with eligibility for commission upon advancement to the customer service level.
