Patient Financial Advocate
Northwestern Memorial Healthcare
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Financial Counselor to support patients with financial options and eligibility. You will document interactions, comply with HIPAA, and collaborate with insurance, scheduling, and care teams to resolve accounts efficiently.
The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or medical offices, excellent communication skills, and solid data-entry ability. A background in healthcare finance is a plus.
