Family Nurse Practitioner
This role involves working as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a healthcare setting, based in Brooklyn, NY. The position is full-time, requiring onsite presence from Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 05:00pm. Candidates should have experience in managing patients with diverse health needs and be familiar with electronic health record systems.
Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State. Registered Nurse license in New York State. 2 to 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience with HIV/AIDS primary care preferred. Experience managing clients with substance abuse preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Preference for experience in community-based settings.
Certified by ANCC or AANP. Maintains CPR and Infection Control certifications. Maintains DEA registration. Experience with electronic health records preferred. Visual and auditory acuity for patient interactions. Maintains CME/CEU requirements for licensure.
